Final Provisions 18USC

Place of jurisdiction is Los Angeles. Contracts are governed by the laws of the United States of America act 18USC. Should any single provision of these Terms of Use be ineffective or prove to be ineffective, this shall be without prejudice to the remaining provisions of the terms of use. Gay2Play reserves the right to commission third party service providers and their vicarious agents with the performance of Gay2Play services, either in whole or in part.
